1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 1wim platform, including all gaming, betting, and account services available at 1wim.my. By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 1wim platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 1wim platform. These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 1wim ("the Platform," "we," or "us").

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the 1wim platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other published policy, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 1wim platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1wim is a 21+ platform in compliance with responsible gaming standards applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or account suspension imposed by 1wim or any related platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or as a professional player in a context that violates these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the 1wim platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One account per person: Each player may hold only one active account on the 1wim platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete and accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• KYC verification: Before your first withdrawal, you are required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC). This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and, where required, proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC may have withdrawal privileges suspended.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. OTP (One-Time Password) verification is used as an additional security layer. You must notify 1wim immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Contact support if any registered details change.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1wim platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. These are the accepted payment channels; other payment methods not listed here are not supported.

The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 1wim does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible, or to a verified account held in your name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed.
• 1wim reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing a withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers may take longer than e-wallet transfers to credit.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on the 1wim platform.

5. Gameplay Rules

The 1wim platform offers a range of gaming and betting products including slots, live casino table games, fish games, and sports betting. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all product categories:

• All games on 1wim are provided for real-money play in PHP. Results are determined by the game engine or live dealer processes, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. Game rules and paytables are accessible within each game.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once a round or event is completed, the result stands.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during gameplay, 1wim will attempt to resolve the situation fairly based on available system records. The platform's decision in such matters is final.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the final official result of the relevant event. 1wim reserves the right to void bets where results are disputed, postponed, or where an event is cancelled without rescheduling.
• Any attempt to exploit game mechanics, software vulnerabilities, or betting patterns in a way that constitutes abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

1wim may offer bonuses, promotional credits, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless specific terms are stated otherwise in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions. These terms are communicated at the time the offer is made available.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• 1wim does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus at any given time. Promotional offers may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers – including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
• 1wim will not publish specific bonus percentages, amounts, or wagering requirements on this page, as these vary by promotion and are subject to change. Current offers, where available, are shown within your registered account.

7. Responsible Gaming

1wim takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is intended to provide entertainment for adults aged 21 and above in the Philippines. Online gaming and betting carry financial risk, and no outcome is guaranteed. We strongly encourage all players to approach gaming as a form of entertainment with a fixed budget – not as a source of income.

The following responsible gaming principles apply on the 1wim platform:

• Players are encouraged to set personal deposit, loss, and session time limits. Tools for self-management are available through your account settings.
• Self-exclusion options are available for players who feel they need a break from gaming activity. Contact support to activate a self-exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1wim platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or software bugs for financial gain
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law
• Allowing another person to access or operate your account

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1wim platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software – is the intellectual property of 1wim or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise use any content from the 1wim platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1wim shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gameplay or betting on the platform
• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control
• Loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your login credentials
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers that affect deposit or withdrawal processing

1wim does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Where service interruptions occur, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access and address any resulting issues on a case-by-case basis.

11. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players may request account closure by contacting 1wim support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be paid out to your verified payment account, provided all applicable conditions including KYC verification have been met.

1wim reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that is harmful to the platform or other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or a serious breach of Terms, account balances may be forfeited.

12. Changes to These Terms

1wim reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the 1wim platform after any changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
